Yoga for Lower Back Pain

If you struggle with lower back pain and sciatica issues and looking for a simple way to help give relief … then this yoga for lower back pain kriya could be for you.

Time and time again I have turned to yoga to relieve any stiffness in my lower back and sciatica. It works every time! 

I know when I haven’t been doing enough stretching as my body becomes stiff and rigid. I start to experience tightness and get sore. When that starts to happen I need to act fast and do my yoga.

I can’t tell you the endless stories I have heard from clients who experience lower back pain relief when they start doing yoga! Just a few stretches here and there offering relief, making a huge difference in their recovery!

When we sit all day long at our computers or we lack physical movement, our bodies easily freeze and become tense. Especially when we are stressed with the pressures of daily life.

Moving the body is incredibly important to create physical health and wellbeing. Yoga is a great place to start as it’s gentle, supportive and can be practice from anywhere from 5 minutes to longer. Depending on how much time you have.

This is a wonderful Kundalini Yoga kriya. One of my favourites. It’s great for beginners or where you need a gentle stretch. It’s excellent for lower back pain or sciatica issues and helps to build strength in the lower back, navel and legs. It’s also great for the hips as well. 

A great all rounder Kundalini Yoga kriya.
