Self Love Meditation

Learning to love yourself can be tough and can feel like a life long journey. Thats why I’m sharing this simple yet effective Self Love Meditation in my latest video, to help you get started. 

When it comes to learning to love yourself it often feels like 1 step forward and 10 steps back.

You think you are starting to get it, and feel good about yourself. Then something happens and you feel yourself crumbling apart once more.

But loving yourself is essentially the greatest gift you can give yourself. For learning to love yourself is the ultimate journey of life. 

Time and time again souls would come to me to help with anxiety, fear, sadness, physical pain etc. Helping them to track down why they feel that way in the first place.

Approximately 90% of the time the lack of self love was the root of all of their problems…All they needed was love to heal themselves!


It’s through the power of learning to love yourself that you can transform your life, health and wellbeing. 

And it all starts with the inner critic that keeps putting you down, telling you you cant when you can and so on.

So the first step is to look at your negatively held beliefs towards yourself, that you are keeping you stuck. The ones that don’t make you feel so good and keep you small.

By learning to change these negative programs, which can be changed, and replacing them with new supportive loving beliefs, you can change your destiny,  creating self love and ultimately healing yourself. 

Learning to love yourself is the ultimate healer.

So I thought I would give you a helping hand by teaching you a great Kundalini Yoga self love meditation.

This self love meditation helps you to let go of the negative held programs and beliefs that are keeping you stuck in self judgement and criticism. Helping you to subconsciously shift your perspective to create more self love and kindness towards yourself.

Now it’s over to you…

This meditation can be done from anywhere from 3 – 11 minutes. Start small to begin with and increase the time slowly. 

Be sure to keep your eyes closed if you suffer from any eye ailments, dizzyness, vertigo etc. Always listen to your body and take care.
