If you are looking for a personalised yoga practice at home, sign up for online private yoga class/es.

We’ll get clear on your goals and understand what you need help with. I will then tailor the private yoga sessions to your needs.

Private yoga sessions are great if you are looking for 1:1 help in learning yoga and how to bring it into your life. This 1:1 focus assists in tailoring the session/s specific to your needs, guiding you in getting the most out of your practice. Most importantly finding what works for you and learning to listen to your body.

They are perfect if you are needing help to deal with a specific issue such as managing lower back pain, anxiety, stress, insomnia, physical ailments and more. Or even if you just want to just improve your flexibility, health and wellbeing. Classes can be specific to Hatha or flow yoga, or Kundalini Yoga based. We discuss then in your initial discovery call to prepare for your session.

Private yoga sessions are 90 minutes via Zoom. You can chose from 1 classes to a package of multiple classes to suit your needs. All you need is a quiet space to practice in, a phone/ipad/computer and good internet connection.

How it works

Select an above package. You will be taken to an online calender in which you can book your session.

Complete the online registration form which will be displayed upon booking your session. Once you make your booking  and online payment, you will receive information via email on how to access Zoom and what you need to do to prepare for your session.

Organise a quiet uninterrupted space for your yoga class. Chose a space that is quiet and well ventilated. Organise a chair, yoga mat, cushions, blankets, blocks, bolsters, strap/belt and what ever else you need to practice yoga. Please note if it is more comfortable for you to sit on a chair for meditation, then please do so. 


Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a shawl or blanket, ensure you are warm. Have some water with you. Please do not eat for 1.5 -2 hours before your session. If you need to eat, please ensure it is something light.

You will receive information on how to access Zoom for your session. Please ensure you follow the instructions and are ready for your class. Click on the Zoom link in your confirmation email. If it’s your first time using Zoom, it will prompt you to download the software. After you joined the meeting activate your sound and camera so I can hear and see you.

If you are happy for me to record your session, you will receive a link to the recording. This will allow you to sit through your class again as needed.


Bookings are to be made at least 48 hours in advance. This assures that you can get a time slot that works best for you and any changes to your booking (if need be) can be made within 12hrs prior to session. It will also help us prepare for your session.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment booking.

Students must complete a registration and disclaimer form prior to commencing yoga classes. If you are pregnant or have a pre-existing health condition, you must consult your medical practitioner before commencing meditation/yoga. If you are pregnant you must disclose this information to Melissa prior to your session.

In the event of poor internet connection or any technical issues, You will be able to reschedule. This happens, it’s unpredictable.
