ONLINE PRIVATE MEDITATION CLASSES

If you are looking for a personalised meditation practice at home, sign up for online private meditation classes. We’ll get clear on your goals and understand what you need help with. I will then tailor the private meditation classes to your needs.

Private meditation classes are great if you are looking for 1:1 help in learning meditation and how to bring it into your life. This 1:1 focus assists in tailoring the session/s specific to your needs, guiding you in getting the most out of your practice. Most importantly finding what works for you.

They are perfect if you are needing help to deal with a specific issue such as managing anxiety, stress, insomnia, physical ailments and more. Or even if you just want to learn how to meditate or improve your meditation skills, these classes are perfect for you. It’s all about using meditation to improve your health and wellbeing.

Private meditation online sessions are 60 minutes via Zoom. You can chose from 1 classes to a package of multiple classes to suit your needs. All you need is a quiet space to practice in, a phone/ipad/computer and good internet connection.

HOW IT WORKS
CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE

Select an above package. You will be taken to an online calender in which you can book your session.

MAKE YOUR BOOKING
Complete the online registration form which will be displayed upon booking your session. Once you make your booking  and online payment, you will receive information via email on how to access Zoom and what you need to do to prepare for your session.
CREATE A SPACE FOR YOUR SESSION
Organise a quiet uninterrupted space for your meditation class. Chose a space that is quiet and well ventilated. Organise a chair, yoga mat, cushions, blankets and what ever else you need to easily sit in meditation. Please note if it is more comfortable for you to sit on a chair for meditation, then please do so. The most important thing is for you to be comfortable. Find what works for you.
GET READY FOR YOUR SESSION
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a shawl or blanket, ensure you are warm. Have some water with you. Please do not eat for 1.5 -2 hours before your session. If you need to eat, please ensure it is something light.
ZOOM

You will receive information on how to access Zoom for your session. Please ensure you follow the instructions and are ready for your class. Click on the Zoom link in your confirmation email. If it’s your first time using Zoom, it will prompt you to download the software. After you joined the meeting activate your sound and camera so I can hear and see you.

DIGITAL RECORDING
If you are happy for me to record your session, you will receive a link to the recording. This will allow you to sit through your class again as needed.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings are to be made at least 48 hours in advance. This assures that you can get a time slot that works best for you and any changes to your booking (if need be) can be made within 12hrs prior to session. It will also help us prepare for your session.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment booking.

Students must complete a registration form and fully read and agree to our terms and conditions before purchasing these classes.

If you are pregnant or have a pre-existing health condition, you must consult your medical practitioner before commencing meditation/yoga. If you are pregnant you must disclose this information to Melissa prior to your session.

In the event of poor internet connection or any technical issues, You will be able to reschedule. This happens, it’s unpredictable.
