Melissa is a meditation and yoga teacher who has been practicing for over 20 years and teaching for over 10. She is passionate about helping as many people as possible to learn meditation to create health and wellbeing from the inside out. Mostly importantly teaching you how to keep it simple and find the style of meditation that works for you.
