Manifestation Meditation

June 04, 2020

What a better time to get clear on your aspirations and intentions with the challenging times that we live in! We need to adapt and change, let go of the old and create a new pathway. And a way to get started is with a manifestation meditation.

More than ever we are being forced to become flexible and adapt to the times. Going within and finding resources for ourselves to stay afloat and ride the waves of change, is now a skillset we must acquire.

You may even be experiencing a deep stirring within you, a longing for your hearts desires to manifest into your life. The times are helping to put everything into perspective so that you make the changes to bring you happiness.

Meditation is one of those powerful tools you can use to help you during these times, to release stress, stay afloat and connect to your intuition. By being in a relaxed space with an intuitive mind, you easily adapt to change and find solutions to any problem. You stop reacting and start responding. Making choices that serve you well.

During these times it is imperative to have clarity and intuitive knowing of what you need to do and how you need to change. Getting clear and setting the intention of what it is you wish to bring into your life.

Manifestation of your true hearts desires comes from surrendering and mastering the art of letting go.

There are many times that you block the manifestation of your dreams, because of fears and the limitations that you place on yourself. Stemming from the limited aspect of your ego and mind.

It’s important to project the manifestation of your dreams, holding the intention of what you desire.

Then offer your dreams to the universe to deliver them to you in the right time, in the right order, in the perfect way.

An important part of the manifestation process that you often forget is the art of surrendering and stepping out of the way. It takes practice to let go of the fear and need to control the outcome.

The flow will happen, as it needs to in the right time in the perfect order that is absolutely perfect for you.

But it’s important to step out of the way and allow the universal magic to serve you in the way that it was always destined to be. Learning to flow with the river of life rather than fight against it.

So use the manifestation meditation below to help you release your fears, overcome your limitations and release the need to control. Then the flow of your manifestations will return.

Remember that everything has its own perfect divine timing. And sometimes the universe has something greater and bigger install for you.

That’s why its important to let go of the need to work it all out, in the way that you want! This will just create more inner conflict and pain.

Hold the intention of your dreams and aspirations, send it out into the universe, planting seeds of your dreams into the consciousness of the universe, then let it go.

Surrendering and releasing them.

Follow the nudges and inner guidance that you receive to take the steps forward that are allowing these manifestations to come into your physical experience. Bringing you back into alignment with the blending of the physical and spiritual realities.

  • Sit in a comfortable meditative position with the spine straight.
  • Place your hands in prayer mudra and tune in with Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo 3 times to begin.
  • Next place the right hand on top of the left hand, pressing the thumbs together. Hold this mudra at diaphragm level
