Time and time again I see students start meditation, experience it’s amazing benefits, only to eventually forget about it.
Life gets in the way, the to do list just keeps on getting bigger and bigger. There just isn’t enough hours in the day!
There seems to be more and more excuses not to do the things that really help us….because life happens.
I totally get it. I have been there too. I know how meditation helps me in the most incredible ways….but unless I take the time to schedule it in, be persistent and stay consistent…I soon find myself falling off the wagon!
After sometime I discover myself struggling and feeling overwhelmed. Wondering what happened? Where did I go wrong?
