How to Build Confidence: Meditation for Confidence

One of the biggest issues I see time and time again, especially with women, is that they lack confidence. They lack believing in themselves! In fact they often don’t even know how to build confidence, which keeps them stuck from shining their light into the world.

If you feel held back because you lack confidence or have dreams and goals, but they never seem to happen, then you’re in the right place.

The biggest issue holding you back from truly believing in yourself and having the confidence in life is:



That frightful word FEAR!

The what ifs, buts, or maybes. It just holds you back and keeps you stuck in confusion and doubt. Over and over again.

It’s exhausting! And I totally get what that is like. You feel like you keep going round in circles trying to create a life you love, but that good old friend FEAR creeps back in and convinces you otherwise.

But what if you FAKED it until you made it?

Does that really work?

Well the answer is yes!

If you fake the confidence and allow the fear to fuel your inner desire to do it anyway, you will begin to have more confidence.

The way that the subconscious works is that is won’t know if it’s real or not. If you continue to do it anyway you begin to reprogram your doubt creating new patterns of confidence. Building momentum along the way.

But you have to get over that first hurdle and take that first step, so that you can start to build the momentum. Because once you take that first step, and then try something new or something you have been wanting to do, you will see that it wasn’t that SCARY after all.

In fact, it’s your mind that conjures up all sorts of ideas and problems that keep you stuck in not believing in yourself and knowing how to build confidence in the first place.

But what if you ignored the fear and did it anyway? What would happen?

It’s all about how you see yourself and your place in the world. 

You can learn how to build confidence by learning to go within and establishing a stronger connection to your true self and intuition. To awaken the light that really is you. 

A great place to help you get started is to use the power of meditation. Meditation is a powerful tool to help you go within, get quiet and begin to tap into your inner power and intuition.

Your intuition helps you to understand who you really are and what you need to do to move forward to create a life you love!

So with meditation you begin to awaken your true self and your inner power. Learning how to build confidence becomes easier, as your true self begins to shine.
