How to be Emotionally Balanced & Calm

Do you know how to be emotionally balanced and calm?

The whole point of life is to be healthy, happy and free.  But often you don’t feel that way. You feel emotional and reactive. Struggling to remain balanced when the going gets tough.

That’s why you need to know how to be emotionally balanced and calm, in keeping up with life, and having fun along the way.

You are subconsciously blocking your happiness

The problem is that you unconsciously block this connection and potential.

Every day you function 95% of the time from your subconscious, which keeps you stuck in old out dated programs and beliefs.

These programs are patterns that have been passed down from your parents and ancestors. And some of them even date back to past life imprints.

Which means for most of your life you are responding and reacting to the world through the eyes of others. Not your own.

Only 5% of everything that you consciously know is above the surface. The remainder lies deep within the subconscious mind. 

This keeps you stuck in the illusion of emotions and beliefs that are not even yours to begin with. Shadowing your true personality.

Rewiring Your Brain

So is it possible to rewire your brain and release these veils blocking your true self?

Absolutely yes! It is possible to know how to be emotionally balanced and live life on your terms!

You’re not stuck being your mother or father or living life through old doctrine beliefs from centuries ago. You can in fact create emotional balance and freedom!

The Frontal Lobe – Portal to your 3rd Eye

Your frontal lobe sits at the front of the brain, at the forehead. It governs the area where the pituitary and hypothalamus gland live and is part of the Forehead and Ajna Charkas (third eye chakra).

The frontal lobe is responsible for the basic motor functions, memory, thoughts and emotions. It manages your emotional patterns and the way you react and respond to the world.

The frontal lobe plays a role in bringing your emotions into the conscious aspect of yourself, which shows up in your day-to-day life.

An underdeveloped frontal lobe inhibits your intuition, clouds your judgment and keeps you stuck in seeing the world through tinted glasses. It keeps you stuck in spiritual immaturity.

Developing the frontal lobe is key in knowing how to be emotionally balanced and intuitive. Strengthening this area of the brain is vital in order to let you true personality shine and excel at life.

Release the old dated programs…

To know how to be emotionally balanced, it is important to use tools to clear and reprogram your subconscious and energy. Releasing old outdated programs and establishing new supportive ones.

Meditation, yoga, soul regression, past life regression, hypnotherapy and emotional freedom technique are just some of the tools you can use to create emotional balance.

Start meditating!

Meditation works on re-wiring the brain and clearing outdated programs from the subconscious. It develops the intuitive mind, stimulating the pituitary and hypothalamus glands. 

Try this powerful meditation to get you started. This meditation develops the frontal lobe and intuition. It helps to re-wire the brain and create positive habits and patterns that serve you.

This meditation uses the powerful mantra Wahe Guru – the mantra for ecstasy and wisdom.

  • star

    Sit in Easy Pose with hands in Gyan Mudra, resting on the knees.

  • starEyes at the tip of the nose 1/10th closed.
  • starChant Wha Hay Guroo, Wha Hay Guroo, Wha Hay Guroo, Wha Hay Jeeo. Continue for 11 – 31 minutes.
  • starInhale and exhale. Remain in the posture, and begin long deep breathing. Continue for 3 minutes.
  • starInhale deep. Straighten your spine and squeeze the entire fibre of your body to create one electromagnetic field. Hold tight. Exhale powerfully through the mouth. Repeat 2 more times.
