Finding Ways of Knowing What To Do

If you are feeling a little lost and confused at the moment, your’e not alone. 

Times are challenging and finding ways of knowing what to do can be overwhelming.

Fear and anxiety maybe at the forefront of your life right now, with confusion clouding your mind. The reality of simply not knowing what to do, is very real.

Yet more than ever you need to adapt, keep up and find new solutions to create a steady path forward. Forging you to let go of the old and make way for the new. 

This process can be easy or difficult, depending on your resistance. The more you hold on tight, the more overwhelming it will be. Stress will skyrocket, with confusion ruling your world. Making it difficult to keep up.

The less resistance, the easier the path forward. Finding ways to reduce resistance and create relaxation, will offer you the resources you need to ride these uncertain times.

A powerful tool to get you started, is meditation. Meditation helps you go within and establish a connection back to yourself. Giving you clarity and resourcefulness of knowing what steps you need to take. An impactful resource to bring into your life right now.

The fact is you are powerful and resourceful. You have the intuitive abilities to know what you need to do in any given situation. And these times are providing an opportunity to create deeper connections than you may have ever experienced before.

Deeper connections with yourself, your family and the world. So taking time out of your day to sit and listen, is a great way to get started. 

You will soon experience the power of meditation washing fear from your energy and bringing clarity into your mind. As your intuition becomes heightened, offering ways of knowing what steps you need to take to move forward. 

So begin to take moments everyday to connect and listen. Learn to trust the guidance that you receive. Before long, ways of knowing what to do will become second nature to you. 

To get started try this meditation. Super easy and uses one of my favourite mantras! Wahe Guru!

It’s called the Last Resort Meditation. Fitting title to the times.

When you have no idea what to do, including how to even meditate and connect, then you can turn to this meditation. It assists in bringing relaxation, strength, mental clarity and intuition!

All the perfect ingredients for what we need right now. 

The mantra taps you into the infinite wisdom of the universe and your soul, expanding your awareness and helping you to BLISS out!

So if you are looking for ways of knowing what to do, then this is a great start.

Last Resort Meditation

  • Sit in a comfortable meditative position with the spine straight.
  • Place your hands in prayer mudra and tune in with Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo 3 times to begin.
  • Next place your hands in the lap, palms up, right hand resting in left, thumb tips touching.
  • Eyes are closed.
  • Take a deep breath in and begin to chant the mantra Whaa-Hay Guroo Whaa-Hay Guroo Whaa-Hay Guroo Whaa-Hay Jee-0 in a monotone voice 8 times.
  • Breathe very deeply in order to complete the cycle, which will take approximately 45 seconds. Release the breath very slowly as you chant. If at first the breath doesn’t hold for the full 8 repetitions, stop, breathe, and begin again. Build up your capacity.
  • Start with anything from 3 – 11 minutes. You can slowly increase to 22 or 33 minutes over time.
  • To end inhale deeply and hold the breath in. Exhale release. Repeat 2 more times.
  • Sit deeply in meditation.
