 and yogaThroughout my journey I have discovered many things to help me along the way. To keep up and be kept up with life and the every changing waves that come and go.

But the one thing that I have returned to over and over again, helping me remain balanced throughout my life, is meditation and yoga. A true best friend always there for me no matter what.

Meditation and yoga has never let me down. It has never failed me. Even though I have come and gone, it remains steady and supportive, patiently awaiting my return.

Each time I return, I remember the incredible gifts that it offers. Gifts that go far beyond the time that I spend on the yoga mat.

So as my journey through life continues, my love and appreciation for meditation and yoga deepens. Acting as my saving grace over and over again.

My meditation journey began over 20 years ago, and at first in all honestly I didn’t like it. I found it too slow and boring for my busy analytical mind. Finding calmness and stillness was like a foreign language to me. I ended up frustrated and walked away.

But a seed had been planted, a seed that was slowly growing.

I returned a few years later and fell in love with it. I was ready to surrender and go within.

The wellbeing I experienced changed my entire direction and perception of life. I had awakened to something that helped me to find myself again.

My love grew into becoming a yoga and meditation teacher, so that I could share this beautiful practice with others. Helping other women to heal themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Ultimately returning back to their true self.

Over the years I have combined the powerful practice of meditation and yoga with my work as a clinical hypnotherapist, spiritual regression therapist and emotional freedom technique practitioner. Helping women to release what no longer serves them, becoming aligned to their true authentic self.

My motto is to keep it simple! Find practices and tools that work for you and that you enjoy!
